Americans need to be alerted to the serious damage being inflicted on our economy and our values by unfair and abusive state liability laws that kill jobs, drive up prices, and profit no one except their sponsors, the plaintiffs’ bar. It’s time to share the truth and make the case for old-fashioned American fairness.
In the spirit of Thomas Paine’s Common Sense wake-up call to our forefathers, FFCJ is producing 60-second weekly national radio commentaries called “Let’s Be Fair,” featuring Bob Dorigo Jones (right), achieved national name recognition as the creator of the hugely popular Wacky Warning Label Contest.
