Association of Commerce & Industry of New Mexico (ACI) is the premier business advocate in New Mexico. ACI represents local businesses before the legislature and state government agencies in order to enact laws and policies that improve New Mexican businesses. ACI aggressively lobbies legislative, executive and regulatory branches of the government. In the legal reform arena, ACI fully supports comprehensive legal reform that curbs forum shopping and adamantly opposes mandates on providers that increase the cost of insurance for employers. Through leadership and legislative involvement, ACI is increasing statewide unity and legislative interest in New Mexico's business community.
