The Center for Individual Freedom is a non-partisan, non-profit organization charged with protecting and defending individual freedoms and individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. Founded in 1998, the Center seeks to focus public, legislative and judicial attention on the rule of law as embodied in the federal and state constitutions. CFIF seeks to foster intellectual discourse regarding individual freedom and engages in legal activities, legislative activities and education to that end. CFIF continues in its vital mission as a constitutional and free market advocacy organization
