Created in 1965, the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry (CACI) champions free enterprise, a healthy business environment and economic prosperity for all Coloradoans. CACI is a private, non-profit organization funded solely by its members in order to improve the business climate for all sizes of business from a statewide, multi-industry perspective. The Association works to protect the tort-reform measures passed by the Colorado General Assembly in 1986-1989 that include caps on non-economic and punitive damages and joint and several liability reform.
