Founded in 2000, the Colorado Civil Justice League (CCJL) is the only statewide coalition dedicated exclusively to ending abusive lawsuits and creating a fair civil justice system in Colorado. CCJL membership is open to individuals, businesses of all sizes, government entities, associations and non-profits. CCJL advocates on behalf of its members at the state capital for legislation to end abusive lawsuits and make it easier to defend against such lawsuits. CCJL also constantly monitors all civil cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court for appellate cases that have the potential to significantly impact the civil liability law in Colorado.
