The Illinois Civil Justice League is one of the oldest and more established of the state civil justice reform organizations. Our primary objectives -- which trade places when necessary -- are enactment of positive liability reform legislation, defense against hostile legislation, monitoring court activities in Illinois, and electing, when necessary, good legislators and good judges.
