Southeastern Legal Foundation, founded in 1976, is a national public interest law firm and policy center that advocates for constitutional individual rights, free enterprise, and limited government in the courts of law and public opinion. The Foundation appears regularly before the U.S. Supreme Court. SLF has drafted legislation, provided testimony before federal and state legislative bodies, and published reports and news articles on the merits of civil justice reforms.
