About FFCJ
The Foundation for Fair Civil Justice (FFCJ) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational and charitable organization. Our mission is to develop and disseminate materials to educate the public and the leadership community on liability reform issues related to the fairness and health of civil justice systems at the state level.
FFCJ works to educate the public and key stakeholders about the vital role and importance of state civil justice systems to the American way of life, to motivate stakeholders by helping them understand their personal stake in liability reform so they want to actively support broad improvements that ensure the fairness and effectiveness of state civil justice systems and to empower stakeholders with materials and toolkits to leverage the impact of their activities in support of liability reforms to end lawsuit abuse.
